RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

At Born European, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.

Eligibility for Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Items must be returned in their original packaging.

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Underwear and undergarments
• Items marked as final sale
• Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery
• Custom or personalized products

How to Return
To initiate a return, contact us at [your email] with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges
