Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Sweden & Scandinavia: 3–25 business days
- Europe: 5–25 business days
- Rest of world: 10–25 business days
These are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Born European is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or circumstances outside our control.
Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Customs & Duties
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Born European has no control over these fees and cannot predict what they may be.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will do our best to resolve the issue, but we cannot guarantee replacements for packages lost due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
